Rain Barrel Workshop

Held at the Virginia Museum of Natural History in the Distance Learning Room downstairs.  Address is:  21 Starling Avenue, Martinsville, VA.

You’ll get everything you need to have your very own rain barrel for your home or office!  Workshop includes 55-gallon barrel, all supplies, instruction & Guide.  Bring a friend or your family. You must pre-register and pre-pay to attend the workshop. Space is limited.  Also, you will need to plan to take your rain barrel with you at the end of the workshop.  Deadline to register is June 7th!  You can pre-pay on the Shop DRBA page at http://www.danriver.org/shopdrbaCost is $45 to attend, or $35 for a DRBA Member or Teacher.

A rain barrel is a container that collects and stores rain water for when you need it most. You can use rain water to water your lawn or garden, and even to wash your car.  You conserve water and help your plants and garden!
