UPDATE! Read before going to FSO - April 6

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Based on a visual inspection of the put-in and take-out for this paddle event as of 7:30pm 4/5/19, the FSO event will proceed tomorrow as planned. Overnight water conditions may change, so please be prepared for wet and muddy conditions, and/or a cancellation of the event. For more information, please call the FSO coordinator Will Truslow 336-547-1903 on Saturday, 4/6/19.

 

5-mile float on Dan River from US 311 Bridge in Stokes County to Pine Hall Road Bridge

Meet at US 311 Bridge (GPS 36.3266, -80.0958).

Dress in synthetic fabric or wool, be prepared to get wet, and bring boat, paddles, life jacket for each boater, lunch, and water.
