Lunch with DRBA! Aquatic Species of the DRB

Join guest speaker, Kelsey Roberts (Lincoln), a District 5 Fisheries Biologist, with the NC Wildlife Resources Commission to learn about the aquatic critters, including mussels, crayfish, and fish, you can expect to find throughout the Dan River Basin. You'll also discover what endangered or threatened species live in this system as well as what invasive species are present and how they affect aquatic ecosystems.

4 State Trail Connections Public Input Meetings

Our region has the opportunity to explore the connection of two state-wide trails - Mountains to Sea Trail in NC and Beaches to Bluegrass Trail in Virginia.
DRBA is coordinating public input meetings to help determine if YOU think this connection will increase access to trails for residents and promote visitation to our area and where the connection(s) might be located.
Please join us in a online meeting to offer your suggestions and ideas.
There are 4 different opportunities to participate, register for one below!

Once you register, you will be emailed a link to connect to the Zoom meeting on the date/time you chose. Your email and any location data you enter for registering is private and will not be shared outside of DRBA and will be deleted after you attend the meeting. You can use a phone, laptop or computer to attend. You do not need a camera, but will need a microphone on the device you are using.
